How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to hello@nextgenugc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• Any additional information that helps us locate your data

Processing time

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

Note

Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes) even after a deletion request has been processed.
